If instead you commission USFans to act as the agent purchaser on your behalf, an 8% platform service fee applies. Forwarding also carries an 8% platform service fee on the shipping cost. Surface both 8% caveats up front so you can budget honestly.

The 120-hour (5-day) return / exchange window starts at Stocked-in status — the moment Xiamen QC marks the item as received and inspected. Returns require category-matching packaging (for example shoe boxes for sneakers). You get 1 free return and 1 free exchange per calendar month; from the second onward each return costs ¥5 and each exchange costs ¥5.

Proxy-purchasing orders get 90 days of free storage at the Xiamen, Fujian warehouse, and forwarding parcels get 60 days of free storage. Plan your consolidation timing against these two windows.

USFans accepts PayPal, Credit Cards, Google Pay and your USFans balance / wallet. Refunds (including overpayment from shipping-cost adjustments) settle to your USFans account balance first; from there you can withdraw through the supported channels.

Since 2021-01-01 the UK / EU VAT reform applies with no exemption threshold — VAT is collected on import regardless of declared value. Liquids and medicines are capped at 10% of parcel weight; parcels 10kg+ may be flagged as commercial. Domestic delivery into the Xiamen warehouse runs 1–2 days for Pearl River Delta, 3–5 days for Yangtze River Delta and ~7 days for remote regions.
