Rehearsal Parcel is a packing preview: the warehouse arranges your selected items, weighs and measures the box, and returns the proposed layout and freight quote before you pay for shipment. You can adjust the item selection, repacking notes or shipping line, then submit the real waybill once satisfied. The preview itself is a free planning tool.
How do LitBuy shipping coupons stack and what is the sign-up bonus?+
Coupons on the homepage list both the discount value and the minimum freight required, for example 15.7 OFF on freight above 81.64 or 98.16 OFF on freight above 817.84. New users get a sign-up bonus advertised as up to 30 percent off all shipping lines, and additional coupons are earned through the Affiliate spin wheel by registering invitees and signing waybills.
What is the difference between an Agent Order and a Forwarding Order?+
An Agent Order is for items from Taobao, Weidian or 1688: LitBuy pays the seller on your behalf, the parcel arrives at the warehouse, and you ship from there. A Forwarding Order is for parcels you bought elsewhere yourself and forwarded to the LitBuy warehouse address; the agent only handles QC, repacking and international shipment for those.
How long is free storage and what happens after the limit?+
Free storage is up to 60 days from arrival at the warehouse. After about 48 hours of inactivity you receive a reminder asking to submit the parcel to lock in current rates and remain eligible for shipping and total-cost discounts. Once free storage expires the parcel is subject to standard daily storage fees, so combining shipments early is recommended.
How does Combined Payment work for multi-item orders?+
Combined Payment lets the buyer pay several individual agent orders in a single checkout, sharing one payment fee instead of paying each order separately. The Combined Payment Rules page lists which order statuses are eligible to merge and how refunds are split if one of the merged orders is cancelled.
How is the LitBuy Insurance applied to a shipment?+
LitBuy Insurance is opt-in at waybill submission and is calculated as a percentage of declared value. The Insurance Rules page describes the maximum reimbursable value per parcel, exclusions for prohibited or restricted items, the required photo evidence for claims, and the timeline for filing after delivery.
How can I track my LitBuy spending across orders?+
Open the Monthly Consumption Report inside the dashboard: it aggregates agent order spend, domestic shipping, international freight, coupons used and refunds for each calendar month. The report can be filtered by month range so total-cost-per-haul analysis does not require manual spreadsheet work.
What does the LitBuy Extension do?+
The LitBuy Extension is a browser add-on that overlays a Submit to LitBuy button on Taobao, Weidian and 1688 product pages. Clicking it copies the SKU options, image and price directly into the agent order form so the buyer does not have to paste the URL manually, and it carries the user invitation code on every capture.
